"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Beloved,

- I am Mrs.Telia Lee,the widow of late Lee A.Lewis,Jr.of Norfolk,Virginia,United States who died in March 18, 2005, while supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Lewis was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment,3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart,Georgia. His patrol team was attacked by enemy small arms fire in Sadr City, Iraq. Please visit the below website for more details:http://www.arlingtoncemetery.net/lalewisjr.htm Before my husband met his untimely death, he deposited the sum of Seven Million United States Dollars ($7Million) in his off-shore bank account in National Irish Bank, Dublin Ireland and handed all relevant documents to me as his wife and next of kin.His relatives got to know about the deposit through his close associate and are desperate to claim the money on the grounds that I have no child for their late brother. In the face of the present treat to life for my refusal to surrender the documents and give them access to the fund, I relocated to a secret base in United State which makes it impossible for me to personally travel to Dublin Ireland to process the release of the fund.I have successfully concluded arrangements with my late husband's account officer in the bank to mandate a trustworthy person to come to the bank with the relevant documents and process the release of the fund on my behalf. Therefore, I sincerely solicit your co-operation and loyalty to that effect. Please note that you shall be adequately rewarded for your assistance. Thanks and God bless you in anticipation of your understanding and assistance.Yours sincerely,Mrs. Telia Lee,
