"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Charity Help to whom it may concern:

Would you like to handle a Humanitarian work, do you have love, care and mind for supporting the poor and less privilege, are in need of help, can you help the widows and handicaps around you? If yes is your answer, then you can assist a dying woman of 75yrs by keeping her vision alive

Details:

During my service here as a US Diplomat, and in one of my official assignment in a United Kingdom, I met this British Woman of 75yrs named Mrs. Carol Evans Mulla, who’s down with dangerous CANCER of which she has been medically told that she has just 20% chances of survival, therefore will surely die, as she has been confined to a medical home without her family. She’s married to a UK politician who committed suicide during a failed political ambition in the late 80’s.

She has been sponsoring and funding different kinds of Charity and Humanitarian Works till this moment where she’s been trapped with this dangerous illness. Now she wants to keep her Dreams and Vision alive, of which she’s set to donate from her inherited wealth of her late husband to charity through you for the good work of humanity, rather than allow her husband's relatives lavish their hard-earned funds through their greed. I promised her that I shall lookout for someone that is sincere at heart, since the tight schedules of my job nature may not give her vision the desired result.

Her mind is already made up to move in (Twenty Million US Dollars) towards the fight against HIV AIDS and CANCER, and other human related diseases Having reached you through Integrated Directory Search, I feel she could entrust the funds to you, so that you may invest in good business field. As I believe it’s the best time to actualize her dream investment in your region. Would appreciate your hand of assistance to lift her vision and make her dreams come true, even if is the last thing achieved before she dies.

She has a great love and interest for charity works which is endless so I urge you to help this long dream to be accomplished through your professional touch of excellence, I believe you are a person of integrity, vision and organizational skill and ability.

Upon your acceptance towards this request I will proceed to notify her so as inform her legal adviser to arrange all the necessary documents for the release of the funds to you.

NB: I will appreciate your utmost secrecy in this matter until the task is carried out, as she doesn’t want anything that will halter her last wish of Love. I await your letter of acceptance in order to proceed.

Regards,
Diplomat Moss Frank
