This letter is not a plea for Financial Aid but instead a solicitation for a sincere person with a honest heart.

I am Dr Donald Greene Personal Physician to Lt. Col. Mike Parker, JR., 67 years old. who is a veteran of the U.S. MARINE CORPS (USMC).He served as an officer and helicopter pilot, and was posted to England for 7 years and has been living there since prior to being admitted permanently in the specialist hospital.
I would gladly forward you pics of him in the hospital if you wouldn't find that offensive. Simply make a request for it and you would be forwarded pics.

He was relieved of his duties a few years ago due to the frequent seizures caused by a tumor in his brain. This has now been
diagnosed as being a Malignant Tumour also known as a CANCER. He's had three Surgeries and is about to have a final one in about 2 weeks.

This tumor has defiled all form of medicine and from all indications his condition is really deteriorating and its quite obvious that
even if the surgery is a success his prognosis still isn't good. This is as a result of the tumour being discovered late due to his
uncaring attitude for his health. He is aware of this and for this reason has decided to put his house in order.

So far, he has distributed a tangible amount of money to some of the major charity organizations such as HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, the
WATER-AID PROJECT and THE SALVATION ARMY.

Now that his health has deteriorated badly and has been admitted on a permanent Basis as an In-Patient, He cannot do this himself
anymore and I personally cannot do that for him as its against the ethics of my Profession to have personal financial dealings with
In-Patients as this could be misconstrued as being for my personal Gain.

He's had no option but to try to make contact someone else since his immediate and extended family in and outside London are not
willing to help much and he is convinced that they would keep all the funds to themselves. So we resulted to putting fate to test and
making a random contact.

We got your email address from the auto directory and decided to introduce my Patient and his proposal.

The last of his Liquidated Estate is a cash deposit ($1.6M USD) that he's got with a private security and holding firm abroad. He
needs your priceless assistance to do the following on his Behalf:
