"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: God bless you as you read.

God bless you as you read.

I am Mrs, Samiratou Diallo, from Guinea Conakry a widow to late Dr. Ahmed Diallo a long time special adviser to late President Lansana Conté of Guinea Conakry. I am 55 years old and a new Christian convert, suffering from long time cancer of the breast, from all indication my conditions is
really deteriorating and it is quite obvious that I wouldn’t live more than three months, according to my doctors, and in all indication regards to medical analysis, this is because of my cancer stage.

My late husband was killed in a fatal car accident here in Ivory Coast few weeks after we fled our country following the death of president Conté and because of the Coup D’Etat that brought Idriss Dadi to power and his radical plans to confiscate and jail former members of the government
of Late president Lansana Conté. During the period of our marriage we had only one child Abdel and our abducted daughter Mariam. My late husband acquired his wealth through the long time service in the government but following the death of president Conté, we flee to Ivory Coast for
refuge and to escape the radical intimidation of Idriss Dadi.
Upon our arrival here in Ivory Coast, my husband made a secret deposit of Seven Million five hundred thousand US dollars with a private security company here in Ivory Coast which he wanted to invest here before his sudden death.

I selected you after I prayed and fast for weeks over it, I want you to do me a favour to receive this fund in your account as the beneficiary and to assist my only child Abdel to join you in your country to continue his education while you handle the investment until he is of good age of
maturity.

Lastly, I honestly pray that this money when transferred will be used for the upbringing of my only son even though I’m late.
May the grace of our lord Jesus the love of God and the fellowship of God be with you and your family as you do me this favour in good faith for the future welfare of my only son and daughter.
I will wait to read from you and to give you more details on how can help me to realise my aspirations. Please join in prayers that God will restore my health if it’s his wish that I live again.

God bless you.

Mrs Samiratou Diallo.
