"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Nestles Company Offer Mail

Dear Sir/Madam,

The beginnings of NESCAFE can be traced back to 1930, when the Brazilian
government challenged Nestle to create a coffee that could be made simply
by adding water but which retained the coffee's natural flavours. After
seven years of development by coffee guru Max Morgenthaler and his Swiss
research team, NESCAFE was born and the breakthrough was introduced to the
world on April 1st 1938.

During this, it became the staple beverage of the US armed forces and,
from then on, its popularity really took off. By the 1950s, coffee was the
'in' drink for the young rock'n'roll generation who flocked to the new
coffee bars. Therefore in our little way of showing our dear customers
appreciation for their patronages during this period of years, an e-mail
electronic online draw was held by us {Nestle Company} here in London. In
promotion to our products national-wide and your email address emerged as
