"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: PLEASE CONTACT ME

From Mr.Ali Ben Bongo,

It is with sad news that I lost my father who was the late president of the republic of Gabon, however, like the word says let the dead burry the dead I am therefore very kind for investment opportunities in your country,I will like you to contact me as a matter of urgency for us to discuss possible investment opportunities in your country because my late father and mother (Late president Omar Bongo Ondimba and late Mrs.Edith Lucie Bongo Ondimba) left a fortune that is needed to be taken care of because of my late father’s wealth that is scattered in various countries:

· The united Arab Emirates; since our country is also an oil rich nation, he has some wealth in that country
· The Republic Of South Africa; he has wealth with SASOL PTY LTD(an oil company in south Africa). These has also created a bilateral relation between Gabon and the Republic Of South Africa thereby the Gabonese passport is visa free to the republic of South Africa .He also had a minting and printing of notes with the South African reserve bank.
· In Spain,he has wealth with espaniados cooperate company who is also into dealing where he was on a medical treatment and eventually passed away in the Spanish clinic.
The burial of the 73-year-old who ruled the oil-rich nation who ruled for 41 years was billed as an "intimate" family affair, he passed away June 8th 2009, but about 1,000 people gathered at the palace in Franceville.I, Mr.Ali Ben Bongo, the defense minister widely tipped to succeed my father, was there with my sister Pascaline, who ran his cabinet and manages his personal fortune, with Bongo's elder brother Andjoua-Fidele.

Interim president Rose Francine Rogombe, the Senate speaker, also attended with Prime Minister Jean Eyeghe Ndong and many other members of the cabinet. After the ceremony, Bongo's body was laid to rest in a mausoleum built inside the palace, a source close to the family said. According to the constitutional court, the government's functions ceased once the interim president had been sworn in, but Ndong and his cabinet remained operational to oversee the country during the funeral.

Edith Lucie Bongo Ondimba, the wife of Gabon’s president Omar Bongo, who is also the eldest daughter of President Denis Sassou Nguessou of Congo, died March 15th 2009 at 1620 GMT in Rabat, Morocco where she had been undergoing treatment for several months.died after a long illness in Morocco at the age of 45,
