"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

your name has already paid for all the delivering and insurance fees,
but the deposited package has already accumulate demurrage charge of
only $360 if you did not contact our company from now to 4 working days,
the package will be counting daily demurrage charges. Due to the package
was deposited here since on 14th June 2009.

Be aware that the Federal Ministry of Finance in conjunction with ECOWAS
head office done this offer to compensate all the foreign beneficiaries
that have lost some money during their transaction in Africa from 2006
to 2009. And your E-mail Address was in among listed Address.

Please you are expected to contact us immediately through below email
address to enable us commence action and complete our obligation with
the delivery of your parcel to you, this is because further delay will
attract additional terminal charges or loosing of the package.

Finally, you have to reconfirm to us once more your full information

avoid any mistake in the delivery.
