"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Capital of republic of Liberia all in west africa.

Before the death of my father on 14th September 2008 my father told
me that he
deposited sum of (USD $15 MILLION FIFTEEN MILLION U.S DOLLARS ) in a bank here
in Cote D'ivoire i want you to help me to transfer this money into any of your
nominative account or open a new empty account for this purpose.

I will compensate you with 20% of this money if you help me to transfer the
money to your account,and also will like to come over to your country under
your patronage to continue my studies which is very important to me.Please i
want you to help me transfer the money before this people who killed my father
will kill me too
