"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

  I am Gustav Nigel, Auditor Foreign Remittance Department of Bank Of Africa in my office here I discovered total amount of fourteen million five hundred thousand United States dollars (USD$14.5M) from a deceased account who died many years ago and the person is a foreiner and requires a foreign person as a next of kin,this mentioned amount has been lodged in our dormant vault for years now and nobody have come for the claiming of the fund. I contact you to present you as the family member of the deceased to enable the bank release and transfer the fund into your account. After the fund been transferred into your account I will come over to your country for us to share the fund 50/50 percent. And any more delay the bank will confiscate the fund and move it to the Government account. Leaving this huge amount of money to disappear is just like a thick wind, it is senseless, that is why I contact you. If you are interested respond back QUICKLY to my
