"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: VERY!!!URGENT MATTER

Hello,

My name is Jose and my younger sister Rebbecca Kamadu a Zimbabwe National, but presently lives in Accra city of Ghana in West Africa because of the political crises, constant killings, and the war that happened in my country by the present ruling party and the opposition party in Zimbabwe which lead to the killing of our parents.

My Father was a political juggernaut and a wealthy man before his death. We have a vault presently in United States that contains US$9.8 million U.s Dollars. The vault got to United States via a Federal Diplomat under the supervision of my late father's financial consultant in Ghana.

The fact is that the Diplomat is supposed to have delivered the consignment to our foreign trustee/beneficiary, Mr. David Nelson in United States. When the Diplomat arrived United States to deliver the vault to him after clearing it from Customs and the U.S Homeland securty, he called Mr. David Nelson's cell phone to inform him his arrival and proceed to his house for the delivery but it was switched off. He called the house phone and his Gardener answered the call and told the Diplomat that his boss, Mr. David Nelson, had a fatal car accident which lead to his death a day before.

Mr. David Nelson was a kind hearted man. He wanted to take us as his own children. He paid for our one room self contained apt in ghana when we were in refugee camp. He paid through the financial consultant all the demurrages the vault incured in Ghana where the consignment was originally deposited, he paid for Bullion van that took the vault to the airport and he paid for custom's check report and other logistics costing over US$45,000.00, before the financial consultant perfected the vault shipment but unfortunately he died in a car accident, that was why the Diplomat deposited it with the customs bonded warehouse over there in United States and called to informed us about what is happening for us to get another beneficiary/trustee for him to make the delivery of the vault.

With due respect, we are seeking for your assistance to receive the consignment and treat us like late Mr. David Nelson. Please do get back to us with your direct phone number and address so that we can forward you more details and the Diplomat number for you to call him who is presently in Mexico now for other diplomatic delivery assignment.

Please when you call him you will tell him that you are calling in respect of Jose and Rebecca Kamadu's vault that is in United States.

Thanks and God bless you

Jose and Rebbecca Kamadu
