Subject: From Mr. Boma Erikosima.

Dearest One....Compliments of the season and greetings to you and to your entire family.

I am the Personal Assistant on Financial Matters to the Minister of Niger Delta of Federal

Republic of Nigeria, Chief. Uffot Ekaette. The Federal Government of Nigeria created the Niger

Delta Ministry to look into the problems and affairs of the area, make recommendations and carry

out projects to pacify the people for all they have gone through all these years.

The Niger Delta produces over 95% of the wealth of Nigeria for over 40years till now yet the

area is still under-developed and going through deprivation. There are no good roads, water,

electricity, schools and no jobs provided for the youths from the area. This is why youths from

the area decided to form Militant Groups fighting against the injustices melted on them by

destroying under ground oil pipe lines, installation plants and properties of the multi-national

companies operating in the area. The militants have embarked on the kidnap and hostage taking of

foreigners working and living in their area as a protest to what the area is suffering at the

hands of the Federal Government and the multi-national companies who have refused to listen to

their plight. In some cases the foreigners are murdered in the process of holding them hostage

for inability of the government and the companies to meet their demands for ransoms.

Two years ago, a group of foreigners were kidnapped, held hostage and later murdered by a Niger

Delta Militant group who claim to be fighting for the emancipation of the Niger Delta people

because of the degradation of their environment caused by oil spillage as a result of crude oil

mining by multi-national oil mining companies. .

Consequently, the ministry has been mandated by the federal government to carry out pipe borne

water, schools, roads construction and electrification projects and financial compensations to

families in the area to pacify them. The ministry has also been mandated by the federal

government to pay financial compensations in the sum of US$10Million to each family of the 10

foreigners confirmed death caused by the actions of the militant groups of the Niger Delta. Nine

families out of the ten foreigners have received their compensation remaining one whose family

has not come up for the claim of their compensation. The ministry has tried through all means to

locate any member of the family but proved abortive but instruction was given that any person

that has link to any member or members of the family should please notify the ministry for the

payment of the compensation due to the bereaved family.

As an insider in the ministry, I write to ask for your cooperation to use your name to put up

claim for the payment of the compensation sum US$10Million to you as a family member of the

bereaved. I have made every necessary arrangement for smooth payment of the amount to you. It

will be shared 50/50 on confirmation of the payment to you. I assure you a risk free transaction

as modalities have been mapped out. I will give you further details on how to actualize this as

soon as I receive your consent.

Thanks.
Mr. Boma Erikosima.
