"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Day Dear Friend,

Because I am a girl and my relative said I do not have rights for any property except am married with a child. They have requested to have My father's bank papers but I simply told them that I do not know where he kept them, Right now, I am in the refugee camp and do sincerely want to travel out of my country. This can only happen when I have secured the release and transfer of the funds in the bank out of this country. This why it is important that we have a plan on the type of lucrative business that we can invest the funds on. Considering the fact we did not know each others nor even have seen before, but due to the fact that we do not know each other that is the reason why I should share this lucrative Business opportunity with you, I have chosen other than to contact you. So kindly consider this message essential and confidential.

First and foremost, Although the world is very small place and hard place to meet people because you don't know who to trust or believe, but as I have developed the trust in you after my prayer to Almighty God I made up my mind to confide this confidential business suggestion to you, I give my trust to you base on the God direction as you have known now that my trust to you is not a risk as you may understand.
