"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Dear Respectful One,

Dear Respectful One,

Please with greatest suprised to sent an email to you while unknowning each others.Okies, I apologized for the unexpected demanding for assistance. I am Lady Nuala O’Donnell Pell, the wife to former U.S. Senate Claiborne Pell, who served as the U.S. senator from Rhode Island from 1991 to 1997, As President, Roosevelt appointed him minister to Portugal and Hungary, My first son, Herbert Pell, died in 1999 and my only daughter, Julia Pell, My husbund died in 2006 had suffered from Parkinson’s disease since before his retirement from the Senate,He died peacefully in the presence of I,her wife, Nuala O’Donnell Pell, and some of family members.

My late husband Senate Claiborne Pell, who served as the U.S. senator from Rhode Island from 1991 to 1997, was perhaps best known nationally for the college grant program that bears his name. He focused heavily on education, the arts and humanities, and foreign affairs during his 36 years in the Senate. During the latter part of his Senate career, he served as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
My late husband Senate Claiborne Pell, realised $24.5 million US Dollars from the sales of his alluvial Gold dust and diamond when he served as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, And this money was arranged and packaged in a 500v trace large trunk box by my late husband Senate Claiborne Pell before he deposited and registered it with a security company in Bouake city C.I using my name as the beneficiary.

Now I have decided to invest this money for my second and third child in a country where safe enough outside here for a reasons that I don't want the father's relation to know about this $24.5 million deposited by their brother, Senate Claiborne Pell, Otherwise they will likewisely be involved for the money.

As soon as you comfirm the box, my children will be anxious to come over to meet you for the possible investment. My main purpose of sending you this mail is because of my ill health I found you and perhaps trust worthy to give this priority of delivery of box to you in a place that you think is very secured in your country. Now let me know what I will offer you as your percentage as soon as you get this project done.

Awaiting for your reply and be blessed.
Lady Nuala O’Donnell Pell
