"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Secondly we have been informed that you are still dealing with the none
officials in the bank your entire attempt to secure the release of the
fund to you. We wish to advise you that such an illegal act like these
have to stop if you wish to receive your payment this week since we have
decided to bring a solution to your problem. Right now we have arranged

2. Phone and fax number
3. Address
4. Your age and current occupation

6. Annual income
7. Attach copy of your identification

(United State Dollars) as part payment for this fiscal year 2010. Also for
your information, you have to stop any further communication with any
other person(s) or office(s) to avoid any hitches in receiving your
Payment. For oral discussion, call and email me back as soon as you
receive this important message for further direction and also update me on
any development from the above-mentioned office.


Note that because of impostors, we hereby issued you our code of conduct,
which is (ATM-822) so you have to indicate this code when contacting the
card center by using it as your subject.

Note do not reply any E-mail regarding any LOTTERY, to be fore warned is
to be fore armed.
