"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

However i want to inform you that your Won fund of One Million United Sates Dollars ($1,000,000.00) which your e-mail address won in the 2009 Online Microsoft email regular users award Lotto, your Won Fund of $1,000,000.00 is still in our custody and a research will be held on the 24th of the month in the remittance department and this may lead to the return of your Won fund of $1,000,000.00 back to the Nigeria Government.

So i have been ask to confirm from you within 24hours and find out if you really do need your Won fund of One Million United Sates Dollars ($1,000,000.00) to be delivered or Transferred to you to your address/ Via Bank Wire Transfer to your Bank Account or should we turn your Won Fund of $1,000,000.00 over to the Nigeria Government as an unclaimed Winning.

If you still really need your fund of $1,000,000.00 to be Transferred or Delivered to you, i want you to fill in the below information and get back to me for confirmation.

And be Informed that the reason why you did not get this your Won fund of $1,000,000.00 was because of the postage fee which was $300usd. And due to the fact that we do not accept Cash on delivery (COD), you have been given the chance of paying %50 percent postage fee first which is $150 usd and you will also promise in sending the balance as soon as you get your fund of $1,000,000.00 delivered to you at your residential address. so what you need to pay is the sum of just $150 and you can pay the remaining $150 soon as you get you Fund of $1,000,000.00 delivered to you.
