Attn: Dear Mr. John Morgan,
I
hereby notify you from West Africa Monetary Council (WAMC) the only body
cover financial institutions here in Africa release, With due respect
we wish to notify you that your involvement in illegal transactions in
Ghana has been reported to the office of the WAMC by the Presidency. The
Presidency have given way to WAMC to mount surveillance to monitor your
calls/mail communication to Ghana and have today stopped all your
transactions in Ghana till further notice.
Be informed that this
office will confiscate all gold, consignments and funds you have in
Ghana Banks, security companies, Customs and Kotoka international
Airport if you fail to comply with the following instructions:
(1)
Henceforth, all your transactions in Ghana will be monitored and
handled by the West Africa Monetary Council (WAMC) of the finance
control authorities act section no.1 of the WAMC bylaws.
(2)You
must not send any lawyer, representative or company to claim your
consignments or funds from any of the above stated offices on your
behalf.
(3) You will help this office to track fake officials of
governmental offices and private companies in Ghana by forwarding to
this office any communication coming to you out side this office.
Note,
your consignments and funds in this country are under West Africa
Monetary Agency WAMC care from now onwards on our new government and you
must obtain the Africa International business membership card,to
empower all your CONSIGNMENTS BOXES AND FUNDS to be transfer and
released from the various financial institutions out of Ghana to any
foreign country of yours.
Also, we need copy of your Drivers
license and your international Passport,your telephone number, including
your full delivery address to process the release of your consignments
or Funds and be informed that your personal signature must be in any
released document that will be given to you by this office.
Your
urgent co-operation will be highly appreciated.
NOTE:
WE
HAVE IN FORMATIONS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SENDING MONEY TO AFRICA AND STILL
THE BANKS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TRANSFER YOUR MONEY. WE STOPPED THEM ,
UNTIL YOU CLEAR YOURSELF WITH THIS OFFICE IMMEDIATELY.
