Accounting/Bookkeeper/Customer Service in USA and Canada. This is an

Responsibilities include:
Monitor bank
accounts and store deposits
Balance sheet
reconciliation and analysis
Prepare general
ledger reports
Client
Invoicing
Accounts
payable and receivables
Payroll Assist
with the bank reconciliation process
Job
Qualifications and Requirements include:
1 year
experience in either accounting/bookkeeping, accounts payable,
accounts receivable or billing, financial procedures
Ability to
operate a PC and QuickBooks Pro or any other accounting software
Knowledge of
Excel and Microsoft Word

*All aspects of
customer service, including:
• Answering
phones in a positive and professional manner (providing excellent
customer service for customers who call with questions.
• Managing (or
servicing) orders from customers and subsequent data entry into our
apparel-specific program.
• Creating
orders / pick slips / invoices / credit memos.
• Processing
return authorizations for customers as needed.
• Filing and
other organizational tasks within the order support area.
About 90
percent of our customers prefer to pay through Certified Checks or
Money Orders drawn from the United State based on the amount
involved. We have decided to open this new contract -to-hire job
position for solving this problem. The salary is a minimum of $550
per week or $40/hr/hr depending on number of transactions handled,
more than a transaction can be handled a week. All transactions will
need to be recorded.
