"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello, I wait for your response.

Hello, I wait for your response.

I greet you in the name of God Almighty. I am Mrs. Mary Saleh Galal a widow
to Late Dr. Mohamed Galal a businessman from Egypt. I am presently residing
in Africa.
I am an old woman of 63 years suffering from cancer. From all indications,
my condition is really deteriorating and it is quite obvious that I may not
live long, because the cancer stage has gotten to a very severe stage as
confirm by medical experts.

I lost my husband and my two beautiful kids through a Greek aircraft crash
which all the 121 people on board a Cypriot airliner died after it plunged
into a hill near Athens after an apparent drop in cabin pressure as reported
and confirmed by BBC News on Sunday the 14th day of August, 2005. Please
visit the website below for your verification = http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/4150312.stm

my late husband was very wealthy and after his death, I inherited all his
business and wealth. My personal physician told me that I may not live for
so long and I am so scared about this. So, I now decided to donate part of
this wealth through you to the less privileged people and handicapped ones
in the society anywhere in the world you may live.

I selected you for this Purpose and prayed over it, I am willing to donate
the sum of $7,300,000.00 (Seven Million, Three Hundred Thousand US Dollars
to you for the development of the well being of handicapped people in the
society and also as an aid for the less privileged around your country, and
I have mapped out $1,700,000.00 for your own personal use as the executor
of this great project.

Please note that, this fund is deposited in my Domiciliary Account with a
Bank. Therefore, I will forward to you immediately an application for the
transfer of the money in your name or company name as the owner and beneficiary
of the fund, which you will complete and send to the Bank.
Please, do not reply me if you have the intention of using this whole fund
for personal use other than as I have specified above. I want any Organization,
or an individual, that will use this gift which comes from my sweat to fund
the upkeep of widows, widowers, orphans, destitute, the down-trodden and
physically challenged children.

Lastly, I want you/your home to be praying for me regarding my health because
I have come to find out since my spiritual birth lately that wealth acquisition
without God, one's life is vanity upon vanity.

Please you can reach me through my alternative email ID: smrsgalal@gmail.com,
salehgalalmrs@gmail.com

I await your reply.

Mrs. Mary Saleh Galal
