"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dearest  Respectiful One, I know you will be suprise to see this my messeage ,I got your contact when I and my sister are making an internet reserch.

Please permit US to use this great opportunity to introduce ourself to you which i know you will find it interesting to co-operate with Us,like I stated in, my  name is Mr Ralph Wiebe(22yrs)the son of late Chief Wuvalla Wiebe from Guinea Bissau (A well known Cocoa Merchant and the owner of G.B.M.C LTD)in Ivoiry Coast.Who died as a result of poison from his business associates in Ivoiry Coast on August 14th 2008.

After the death of my father I and my younger sister Ms Ruth Wiebe sought asylum in Ivoiry Coast but I was successful and my sister is still in the refugee camp in Ivoiry Coast. Before the death of my father he deposited the sum of (US$19.6 million) with a security company  In COTE D VOIRE .During the deposit he agreed with the security company that his foreign partner will come for the collection of the money any time in order to prevent curiosity by the security firm and he declared the box as family valuables under the special diplomatic deposit category(a deposit category in which the security company does not open a consignment to inspect the contents).Due to the agreement he made with the Security company I and my kid sister cannot make this claim without presenting a foreigner who will stand and act on our behalf as the foreign partner to my late father.

This is why he told me before his death to look for a reliable and trustworthy foreigner who will assist me in this regard if anything wrong happens to him.Now that he is dead,my sister and i decide to contact you in this regard because of the way I found you and perhaps trustworthy to give you this priority of shipping the box of money to any address that you think is very secure and save in your country for onward shipment into your account for the purpose of future investment .

For your assistance, I have agreed with my younger sister that 20% of

the total amount will be for your effort and another 5 % to cover all

the expenses that may incurre during the business transaction.

Last, I urge you to keep this transaction strictly confiial as no one knows

our where about. You can reach us through this tellephone number +22549854440

In all,you will also be our guardian as we don't have anybody now to look after our welfare as parents.

Please,as soon as i hear from you i will send you the ORIGINAL     Authorization document and the contact of the security company in my next email which is the deposit certificate that they gave him on the very day when the box of money was deposited with a secret code for safety.I give thanks immensely for your co-operation as I look forward to hear from you soon with this informations below.
