"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Cote d' Ivoire

I’m contacting you from Cote D'Ivoire .  How are you and your activities today? I hope you are doing well. Please, I want you to give this message your urgent attention and reply me back. It is true that we just know each other for the first time, but I strongly believe that it will take us to a great relationship financially and otherwise. Before I continue my discussion with you, let me officially introduce myself to you. My name is MISS. MABEL KABILA from Democratic Republic of Congo. I was the only dauther to the second wife to the late PRESIDENT  MICHAEL  D KABILA who was later assassinated and killed during the crisis in my country.

I   will not be able to give you the full details that led to that ugly incident, but it all happened that my late father had a big misunderstand with his eldest son (Joseph Kabila) who is the current president of our country now. In the process of the Political Crisis with the rebels, he was killed / assassinated, and his first son (Joseph Kabila) took over the Power as the president till now.  The political crisis was actually caused by the Rebels as they wanted their personal interest.  It was a painful experience for me . But immediately after the death of my father who was the president then, I had to move out of the country immediately to save my life . For now I am staying in Cote d' ivoire.

The main reason why I contacted you is for you to assist me to transfer the money he deposited in a bank in Cote D'Ivoire .  Before the death of my late father, he deposited the total sum of US$7,200,000.00 (Seven Million, Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) with the CREDIT UNION BANK in Cote D’Ivoire . When he deposited the fund, he told me about it that he wanted to transfer the money to his foreign partner for investment before his untimely death.

The money in question is US$7.2 Million Dollars. I can not make the withdrawal of this fund, because my father registered the beneficiary of the fund as his foreign business partner. The documents of the deposit are with me here in Cote d' ivoire. What I would want you to do is to assist me to transfer the fund from the bank in Africa to your own account. Since my late father registered the deposit with the name of his foreign partner as money meant for investment and my name as the next of kin, we shall replace the name of the foreign partner to your own name because the code was used for security reason. For your kind assistance I will give you 30% of the money immediately it arrives into your account.

For now all i want you to do is to stand as my foreign partner who will recieve the money on my behalf.

As soon as the money arrives into your account, you will take the 30% of the total fund, and I would use the remaining balance of the money for an investment in your country for my future survival. If you are interested and willing to assist me, please email me immediately for more information. I’m willing to trust this fund into your hand and I want you to assure me that you will take good care of the money when it arrives to your account.

Also note that I am staying in san pedro a remote area out side Cote D'ivoire as a refugee because of the assassination of my late father and the civil war going on in our country (Democratic Republic of Congo).  You can read more about the Congo problem and the death of my late father on the BBC news below:

Thank you very much God bless you.

Best Regard.
Miss Mabel Kabila
