"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Letter of Relationship and Establishment.
>From Samuel Morgan,
Avenue 12 Rue Gideon Morgan,
12 Bp 7854 Abidjan 12, Cote D'Ivoire.

Dear Respectful One,

It is my pleasure to write you after  consideration since I can not be able to see you face to face at the first place,  please I need your assistance.  I am Samuel Morgan the only Child of my late parents Mr & Mrs Gideon  Morgan from  De republic of Cote D'Ivoire (I am 22yrs of age.) My father was a liability Cocoa and Gold merchant in Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire before his untimely death.

After his business trip to Saudi Arabia to negotiate on a cocoa and Gold business he wanted to invest in Saudi Arabia. A week after he came back  from Saudi Arabia, he got an accident with my mother of which my mother died instantly but my father died few days after in a hospital on that faithful afternoon. I didn't know that my father was going to leave me after I had earlier lost my mother,  but before he gave up to ghost it was as if he knew he was going to die.  He my father, (May his soul rest in perfect peace)  he called me to his bed side and told me that he deposited the sum of ($15,000,000.00) Fifteen Million United States Dollars in a bank here in Cote D'Ivoire.

That the money was meant for his Cocoa and Gold business he wanted to establish in Saudi Arabia. According to my father he deposited the money in a fixed deposit account using my name as the next of kin. He instructed me to seek for a reliable and trust worthy partner for a life time investment abroad. Now I have the deposit documents my father used to deposit the money on the day of deposit with the bank. I am now seeking for your assistance to help me transfer this money out from this country to your country and help me to come over there to continue my education for my bright future while you will invest this money wisely for the benefit of both of us.

I seek your assistance in the following ways:

(1) To make arrangements for me to come over to your country after the successful transfer of this money into your bank account, to come and further my education.

(2) To help me invest this money in a profitable business since I am only 22yrs of age and do not know much about business.
(3) To provide a bank account where this money will be transferred into.

The worst part of it is that my uncle is looking for me to kill over this money because I refuse to hand him over the documents covering this money. He has sold all my father's landed properties including his filling station which is rightfully belongs to me and now he want me to hand him over the banking documents of my father which I refuse. Now he said that he will have this money by all means even it means killing me because of this I run out from my father house to a Guest house where I am now to safe my life which is very important to me pending when this money will be transferred so that I can leave this country for my safety.

Please let me know your mind on my proposal for more details.

Thanks and keep blessed.
Sincerely Yours,
Samuel Morgan.
