"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am sorry to come to you in this way, I am writing this mail to you with due respect trust and humanity, i appeal to you to exercise a little patience and read through my message, i came across your profile and my spirit lead me to contact you, well i realy needed some one honest,truthfull to share my feelings and my burden with you, let me introduce my self to you, I am Miss Candice Dumeh, 18 years old the only daugther to late Mr and Mrs. Dumeh, a Native of Cote d'Ivoire.
 
My father was very wealthy business man when he was alive who deal with car importation and he was killed because of his weath by one of our family member so that he will claim my father's property which he has already done, my mother have die many years ago and my father take good care of me as his  only duaghther, Before the death of my father on (March 2007) in a private  hospital here in Cote d'Ivoire where he was admitted, he secretly called me on his bed side and disclosed to me about the sum of five million six hundred thousand US dollars ($5.6million) he left in suspense account in one of the bank here in Abidjan. And he also told me where he kept all the document which the bank issued him when he deposited the money, and my name was writen as next of kin as his only daughther. 
 
I have already talk with one of the bank director's that I want to claim the money, but he told me that I'm too young to claim the money alone, the bank  director further told me to look for any of my late father's business partner or friend to help claim the money from their office. That is the reason I'm  contacting you to help me leave this country and stand as my foreign  partner and help me invest the money into your company. Because in no distant time  there will be presidential election here and it will not be free fair election as the rebels have never accepted to hand over their arms to the government of Cote d'Ivoire. I am still a small girl and i dont have an  experience of transfer and i dont also have an account that is why i come for your help.
 
Dear permit me to ask this quation:
 
(1) Can you take good cere of me when i come over to your country?
 
(2) Can you you help me invest the money in your company since I am only 18  years old?
 
(3) Can you help me as your Sister/Daughter?
 
(4) Can you make arrangement for me to come over to your country after the money is transfer, and furter my education and also invest the money there in your country?
 
I have decided to offer you 25% of the total amount for your effort and your willingness to help me, immediately I hear from you concerning my request. I will give you details how we will follow to receive the money from the bank so that you will contact the bank for the transfer of the money into your account.
