"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

YOUR INHERITANCE/CONTRACT PAYMENT RECONCILIATION
 
I am Dr. Musa Bello the Chairman foreign contract/inheritance payment Reconciliation committee. I have reviewed all international payment file on my table, I discovered that your payment file NO NNPC/LNG/AKCP/407/95 has been unattended to for no substantial reason in the file. I dim it very necessary to inform you of this case to make sure that you are fully aware before the money will be remitted to the national treasury as an
unclaimed fund going by the new Government policy.
 
The federal republic of Nigeria Government banking international new payment policy as passed by the federal house of senate states as follows, Any fund payment which the beneficiary does not claim after central bank of Nigeria
(CBN) approval should be converted into the country's treasury.
The reason of constituting this committee is as a result of sacked Government officials who has been posing as Government officials embezzling peoples money under the pretence that the want to help them to recover there contract/Inheritance fund.
This is to officially inform you that your name is on our payment reconciliation list. Your due payment file is on my office table unattended and from my explanation you should understand that you stand to loose your payment if I do not get any response from you immediately.
If you have started your payment claim with any bank and you have encountered any problem receiving the money, Please you should Indicate immediately. You are advised immediately to get back to this office immediately for instructions on immediate reconciliation/payment to avoid loosing this money.
If the payment approval date overdue as the policy demands.It will not be of any blame to me as the chairman of this committee who is in the position to inform you of this situation.
 
 
As soon as I hear from you I will advice you immediately on what to do.Do bear in mind that you have to pick a payment form immediately to fill as soon as I hear from you.
