"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attn Beneficiary,

This message is directly from the Desk of Secretary to the United Nations
We are writing to notify you that United Nations (UN) after series of
meetings for the past 1 months now which just ended today. This email is
to all the people that have been victim in any part of the world, the
UNITED NATIONS IN Affiliation with WORLD BANK have agreed to compensate
you with the sum of US 3m, for self support. and includes every foreign
contractors that may have not received their contract, inheritance & lotto
sum, and people that have had an unfinished transaction or international
businesses that failed due to Government problems etc. We found your name
in the list of those who are to benefit from these compensation exercise
and that is why we contacted you.

We have made investigations in all over the world & found out that you ve
not received anything since then. Out of pity, United Nations have decided
to write you to come up for your 3M, you are advised to contact FEDEX
COURIER SERVICES BENIN to deliver your Consignment box of 3M direct to
your postal Address in your country, you will send them US$100.00 Dollars
only being Security Keeping Fee contact Fedex and in case of dumourrage on
your Consignment with them.

Please write a letter of application to the given address below ask them
to deliver your consignment box to you.

Finally, make sure that you reconfirm your Postal address,nearest local
and international airport, Direct telephone number contact address and
picture or id to avoid wrong delivery, they will issue you a delivery
code, to enable you track your consignment box and know when it will get
to your address.

Let me repeat again, try to contact them as soon as you receive this mail
to avoid any further delay and remember to pay them their Security Keeping
fee of $100.00 for their immediate action to deliver urgently. Note this.
The FEDEX COURIER SERVICES don't know the contents of the Box. I
registered it as a BOX of cloths. They did not know the contents was
money. this is to avoid them delaying with the BOX. Don't let them know
that box contains money ok. Hoping to hear from you as soon as you
received the fund $3,000,000,00 in Box. Making the world a better place.
