"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: BG FOR TRADING


Dear Sir,

My name is Dr. Authur Mukhtar, A senior principal partner in the firm of MALGOZ FINANCE AND INVESTMENT LONDON UK. We have bank instruments like BG for trading.
 Bellow is our procedures:

(1) The Custer furnish us with the copy of His/Her investment program which He or she  has submitted in His or Her Bank for the purpose of the intend bank instrument (BG) with A drowned down credit line.

(2)  Where the customer has no program in His or Her bank, we can drown up a program on His or Her behalf, but it must be on request.

(3)  Thereafter the provider sent the soft copy of letter of intent (LOI) to the customer

(4)  The customer fill the necessary information and sign the letter of intent with his   bank information and return same with His/Her identity to the provider(Malgoz Finance).
 
(5)  The provider (Malgoz finance) acknowledged and returns the same LOI with the  providers I.D back to the customer for counter singing and customer return back to  the provider for processing and approvals within 72 hours.
 
(6)  The customer first sent MT799 pre-advice swift or bank letter of undertaking to the  providers (Malgoz finance) bank which will assuring the provider’s charge percent of 23% payment after the received of the Bank Guarantee by the customer's bank.
 
(7)  Then the provider (MALGOZ FINANCE) would immediately respond under 48 hours with the Bank Guarantee MT760 cash back-up swift to the customers bank for Confirmation and utilization of the customer's investment programs.
 
(8)  The customer will send to the provider’s bank MT103 cash swift for the customer (MALGOZ FINANCE) charges payment rate.

(9)  The providers (Malgoz finance) charge for the Bank Guarantee is 23% + 2% of the   BG.

Note, upon your reply to this mail, I shall forward to you the soft draft copy of our letter of intent for your review.
