My name is Dr Alex Bongo and with your permission, I would like to invest in a legal business in your country, yourself as my partner. We have 55% areas covered with ground minerals, and also 34% covered with forest, 11% covered lakes and rivers in my country Congo. And among the minerals which are extracted from the large mining areas are: GOLD DUST (AU) AND GOLD BAR {Purity 96.99%}, {Cuivre 1.4913%}, {Platinum 0.165%}.
White clear STONES, other colours and rough DIAMONDS, industrial DIAMONDS from: 0.5carrates – 11carrates .COPPER {Copper Cathodes Grade A}, (Electrolytic Copper grade), {Lime Standard Cu}, {Cu Cathode 1, Purity 99.99%}.
I shall be in position to make monthly shipments of Diamonds (15000Carrates), Gold DUST, (100kgs) and Gold Bars to any chosen location in U.S.A. You will be having thirty percent {30%} commission on every mineral which is shipped to you. This will further be negotiated in the first meeting of both parties before we go into agreements (MOU). Then, after the arrival of the goods in America and the goods smelted and refined and the final assessment report from this refinery, the buyer will then buy the above listed goods in an exchange.
