He was instrumental in introducing the Quality Mark for Good Workmanship Scheme which has since been adopted by major developers in Singapore. Mr. Chia has represented BCA in the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore (REDAS) Reconciliation Panel – an independent panel to mediate disputes on quality workmanship between homebuyers and developers who are members of REDAS.
