"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

seek
for your kind assistance in helping me invest my inheritance in your country.

I want to invest in your country and at the same time further my education. I
am the Son of Late Dr.David Jones, the former Director General in the
Ministry
Of Health in Liberia. Being a highly reputable doctor and politician in my
country, he was a prime target.Without taking much of your time,

I would wish to inform you that my Late father was a top government official
within theranks of President Charles Taylor government in Liberia. He was
brutally murdered by President Charles Taylor killer squad team including my
mother on a frame-up charge that my parents joined hands in attempt to
overthrow the government of President Taylor when the President was attending
a
peace talk mission in Accra Ghana.

Before this unfortunate incident my father had informed me that he had a
foreign account here in here Cote D'Ivoire up to the sum of $14.5m. When he
was
alive He wanted me to practice out of my country because of the unpredictable
and seroius potitical crisis.I have being able to trace the bank, identified
myself properly and informed them about the sad fate my father had suffered.

I presented the deposit documents and requested for the release of the fund
but the bank Manager said that he cannot release the fund to me because of my
age.So I told him that I intend initiating contacts with my late father's
oversea business partner who will be receiving the fund on my behalf. Now
that
i want to relocate to your country so that i can start a new life and
continue
my education. I am writing to know if you can stand as my guardian and my
late
father's oversea business partner so that the bank can release and transfer
the fund to you on my behalf.

You will help me to invest the fund and also manage it for me. I want to live
under your guardianship. My decision to have this fund released by the bank,
so
that i can start a new life forms the basis of my contacting you.You stand to
play the role of a principal partner in any investment to be carried out with
the fund, together with some amount of percentage to be agreed upon as soon
as
