Subject: Information From Haiti
Good Day,
I am obviously someone you've never met but will love to meet. A tragic incident took place on the 12th of Jan. 2010 in the capital of Haiti, Port-au-Prince. I happen to be a victim but survivor of the massive earth quake which took place on the above mentioned date. I lost my mom, dad and only sister to that shocking disaster leaving me with no other relation to call a family. Soon after the incidence, i relocated to The United States of America Hoping to stay and try to forget about that most memorable day in order to see if i can move on with my life.
recently, my father's best friend, Bar Phil, whom happens to be his Lawyer too contacted me to relate a news to me, which is why I'm contacting you now. Barrister Phil informed me that a week before my father's death, he updated his 'will' identifying a business deal which he had with the Standard Chartered Bank, London while he was executing a contract for the British Government. This deal was to yield the sum of ?13,500,000 (Thirteen Million, Five Hundred Thousand British Pounds) Only, making me his heir to the proceed in case the deal matures. On hearing this notification, i contacted the bank to see if i can be paid and i was informed that i am still under-aged to claim it since my father gave a standing instruction that i must be up to the age of 28 and also be married before i can take possession of the fund, but I'm just 24 and still single.
I pleaded with the Bank that i needed this money to earn a living for myself since i was helpless and already out of school so they had pity and requested that i get in touch with and introduce to them someone i trust to act on my behalf. They said the person must be of a matured and working identity and must not be a low Banker or a Lawyer for professional reasons. It is based on this that my Late Father's Lawyer chose you and this is why i am contacting you now.
I need you to help me secure my benefit from the Bank so that you can help train me in school with part of the money and invest others on a profitable business venture which i shall later become part of once i come of age. I plead with you and hope you will not hesitate help a poor victim of circumstance like me. I shall disclose further details to you as soon as i hear from you. Please respond since your silence will be a clear indication that you are not ready to help a poor orphan. May God bless you as a consider my humble proposal. Jean Stuttle
