with a Security and Finance institution in one of the Island of which I
will divulge the information to you when I get your full consent and
support during the changing of the beneficiary's name and the re-effecting
of other paper work in your favor.

This fund emanated as a result of an over-invoiced contract's awarded for
the erectting of some new stadium, the refurbishment of all the old
Stadium, some hotels, roads for the 2010 World cup champioship and as well
as from my Ministry which President Jacob Zuma appointed the contractor's
with the Government of South Africa . Though I assisted him in inspecting
most of the jobs until it was well accomplished but I never knew that some
of the contract's were over-invoiced by the Honorable President himself.

As a top woman with Government portfolio with high political career in the
Government we want your assistance in this transaction without you
disclosing it to any third party. You really need to maintain low profile
and confidentiality in this mutual business transaction. Already all the
eyes of his political opponent are at alert to diminish, jeopardize and
tarnish the image of this PRESIDENT JACOBS ZUMA Administration. And this
is highly prohibited to avoid another scandal.
