Dear Father / Mother,

Consider this as a matter of life and death, We may not know ourselves but you are doing what I am about to ask you to safe my mother’s life, God will bless you for your good heart and accepting to safe my mother's life. Thanks in advance for your acceptance to help me. My name is Daniel Meteuka, I am 19 years old boy from Rwanda, I and my little sister who is 17 Years old are the only children of my parents, My father died on Brutal war by the Rebels on the Renewed Fighting in our country, you can see it in CNN, BBC news bulletins and my sick mother is dying in the hospital where she is being admitted for leukemia and she is always go in and out of coma and the doctors are saying that she can not make it unless she undergo a particular surgery, that the surgery will be performed by a specialist in abroad. When the war is going on in my country I and my mother with my little sister followed a ship into this country Benin Republic as refugees and we
where moved into a refugee camp in Lokossa also in the same country as we not have anybody nor family to be with, one faithful night my mother began to scream and collapsed then was rushed to the hospital and the doctors said that she has two types of cancer, “leukemia” cancer of the blood and cancer of the heart.

My father was Co-executive Director of Star Energy Group plc; they deal on crude oil and raw materials also precious stones like Diamond. my father and his colleague made a deposit of ($14,500,000.00 ) with a Bank here in Benin Republic after their last deal in this region before the war broke off and that is why we came to this country in the first place before my mother become hospitalized,  the doctor’s need money to treat my mother and fly her abroad fast for surgery, I went to the bank to take some money  from the account so that I can give to the doctors for my mother to be treated, I was shocked when the Manager of the Bank explained to me that I will not be able to withdraw money from the account because it is a joint account and according to the agreement that my father made with his colleague in the joint account with the bank which said that without the signature of both of them the bank should not honour any withdrawal and in case of
death that the both families, we and a representative from the family of Mr. Mark my late father’s colleague must be present before the bank can release any money to any of us.

Based on this that my mother told me to seek fast for a foreigner who  will help us to stand as the only surviving relative of late Mr. Mark so that the bank can release our own part of the money to us so that she will not die, that is the reason why I am contacting you since my father is dead and also his colleague during the war and his family also died along side with him in the war. Because as a joint account with my late father and late Mr. Mark, 50% of the 14.5 Million Dollar will be given to us which is Seven Million Two Hundred and Fifty thousand United States Dollars and 50% which is Seven Million Two Hundred and Fifty thousand United States Dollars which is Mr. Mark's share will be given to you also whom is considered the only surviving relative of the family of late Mr. Mark according the agreement and that is the reason why the bank need the two families together before they can release a cent to any of us. If you agree to stand as the only
surviving relative to the family of late Mr. Mark my father's partner, then bank will pay you 4.5 Million Dollars which supposed to go to Mr. Mark’s family, you can take it. All my family want is to get our own share of the money to save the life of our mother and for our better future. I will give you all the information’s that you may need to stand as the only surviving relative of the late Mr. Mark since none of his family is alive to stand for the claim and my mother's life is at stake here and if we do not get the money out on time, my mother may die.

Please help us, do it for God and save my mother’s life,
