Kindest Attention,
Greetings to you?
My name is Mr. Ben Clive, the Chief Auditor of CM Financial Management Limited, United Kingdom. My office audit and control the affairs of all customer accounts
(especially for foreigner) concerned with foreign claim payments in (CM Financial Management Limited).
In the course of my job, I discovered some floating funds in an account which was opened in 1999 belonging to a foreigner (Romanian) who died in 2004 in an Indian Earthquake disaster (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2004_Indian_Ocean_earthquake) while on a vacation visit in India. All effort made to track any member of her family or next of kin has since failed, hence I got in contact with you to stand as her next of kin. She died leaving no heir. I have before me the file data of her funds, which would not be transferred to any account without an application which could be presented by anyone as her next of kin/will beneficiary to her funds as her account has been identified either as ghost account, unclaimed Deposits and Over-invoiced Sum etc.
On this note, I wish to have a deal with you as regards to the unpaid funds and as it is my duty to recommend the transfer of these funds to the British Government Treasury
Department and Reserve Accounts as unclaimed deposits. I have the opportunity to write you based on the instructions received two days ago from the Foreign Debts Reconciliation Department to submit the List of payment reports/expenditures and audited Revenue Reports for the year 2010, among several other reasons. I have decided to present you as the NEXT OF KIN/WILL BENEFICIARY to an overdue inheritance sum of Fifteen Million and Five Hundred Thousand Great British Pounds Sterling only
(£15,500,000GBP) belonging to the deceased.
Following my idea that we can have a Deal/Agreement and I am going to do this legally with your name as the bonafide beneficiary of the amount in question by presenting you with some of her data's and copies of her documents covering the funds as an evidence that you are the sole beneficiary of the funds, I have decided to give to you 30% of the funds, while the remaining 70% will be for me. I have also planned to meet you in person in your country or any place of your choice as soon as this transaction is completed for my own share. I hope I will not be betrayed by you after receiving the funds?
My own share can also be invested into any lucrative business of your choice either in your country or elsewhere pending when I will be coming. If agreed, I will send to you a Business Agreement Order which you and I will sign as a business bond between us.
If you think you are capable and will be committed to making this deal a success, send me an email as soon as possible to confirm your interest and I will forward to you more details about this financial business proposal.
Regards,
Mr. Ben Clive
Chief Auditor (CM Financial Management Ltd)
