For obvious reasons, he had a
greement with them in (principle)

My mother and I are in consensus agreed to discuss further terms with you on what to offer you for your assistance, but we have mapped out (fifteen percent) of the total sum for your humble assistance or would stand to have partnership (business) with you if you will agree.
