My client executed contract with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) and the first installment payment of $105 MILLON was paid to my client on job completion leaving behind an unpaid sum of US$85 MILLION since 2007 owing to the fact that the late head of state of Nigeria Alhaji Umaru Musa Yaradua could not approval the payment till death.
Sequel to the emergency of a new president, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan GCFR., he quickly approved the full payment of the contract to my client but all effort by the paying bank to reach my client proved abortive which compelled the bank managing director to contact me On the where about of my client which I was privy that he died on an auto crash with his entire family.

The bank managing director told me in confidence that he will be retiring from service next year when he would have attain the 10 years mandatory retirment as a managing director and wish to utilise this golden opportuntiy to better his life on retirement because if this fund is not claimed the bank will declear it as unclaimed fund and will be paid into the government treasury.
