"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

After the visit of American president Mr. Barrack Obama in Ghana month’s ego without similar visit to Nigeria, a bigger country, Nigeria later realized that he refused to visit because of many complaints going on in the international community from foreign contractors and other countries Nigeria owes huge unpaid debt. These same complaints had been brought to ECOWAS countries in the past years with warning to Nigeria to endeavor to settle those debts. In the last ECOWAS meeting in Gambia , top on the agenda was the same issue about debt complains from different foreign contractors and countries alike that worked for the government of Nigeria and has not been paid, inheritance/next of kin, lottery, and holocaust claim payments, some of the old debts are over 10 years, others less.
 
Based on the above embarrassment, the government of Nigeria and the ECOWAS government have reached a decision that the ECOWAS should from hence forth attach to the DEBT MANAGEMENT OFFICE take over the responsibility of paying all those foreign contractors, beneficiaries of inheritance/next of kin, lottery, and holocaust victims and other nations owed by the Nigerian government and its agencies. Based on this decision, this very office has a presentation of legal clearance from the office of the chairman ECOWAS empowering us to contact you in respect of your unpaid debt owed you in Nigeria. We in this office have also received a warrant of payment from the office of the President of Nigeria and the international monetary fund IMF and the World Bank, payment warrant no: IMF/04/FGN/WB/015-ECOWAS/10.
 
 
According to mandate given to us, we are to carry out thorough investigation on all debt claims against Nigeria with the list handed down to us where your name is included as unpaid beneficiaries. If we confirm geniuses of your claim, we will immediately pay you Ten million five hundred American dollar, $10,500,000 only and reschedule the balance for outright settlement when we receive 2011 budget first quarter next year, this is in line with the payment mandate given to us and we have secure a confidential agreements with the Government to ensure 100% maximum protections on your funds and as the policy of this agreements demands your  approved payment will be programmed in line with the agreement with  ECOWAS , IMF and the World Bank order
 
This committee is made of Reverend fathers otherwise referred as priests and other clergy men drawn from different religious organizations to ensure no compromise of this responsibility and we do not need your gratification but facts to help us serve you to your satisfaction to stop the international complains against Nigeria because it is causing the country embarrassment.
