"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: CLIFFORD WILLIAMS

Dear Sir,

I MR CLIFFORD WILLIAMS , Me and my  Attorney sent a diplomat from vault security company to delivery  a consignment  to my partner in his country UAE . when the diplomat arrived, he called the telephone number that was given to him and someone else picked the call and confirmed to  him that my partner just died 2days ago.

The diplomat has arrived already in Dubai  and cannot bring back the consignment to IVORY COAST  based on the fact that if he returns it, the  government will confisticate it, and I and my late partner spent a lot to get the consignment box out from Ivory coast . I decided to search for a new beneficiary that can help receive the consignment and we both will share in the ratio of 60/40 at the Sum Nineteen Million United States Dollars ( $19, 000,000 USD )  which is inside the consignment but the content was not disclosed to the diplomat.

The diplomat is still in Dubai  waiting for instruction on where to make the delivery. If you can assist to receive the consignment box, kindly get back to us so that we can change the information’s that was given before to the current details given by you and the diplomat will call immediately and guard you on how to make payment of clearance charges and after that has been done. The customs will release the consignment for delivery without any further delay.

I await to hear from you.

Your's faithfully
Clifford Williams,
