"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attention My Dear!

I am Dr. Ryan David, a 53 year old American Citizen. My Residential Address is 10165 McKellar Court, Grandview Lane, Bellingham 98229, Washington DC, United States of America.

I was among the few beneficiaries that took part in the Compensation Exercise in Africa last month over all those whose Contract Payment/Inheritance Fund had not been released to them. All efforts to get paid proved abortive after I had spent $50,000 while in the United States.

Out of frustration, I went to the Anti-Terrorist and Money Laundering Crimes Division, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Headquarters, J. Edgar Hoover Building 935, Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington Dc; with all my Compensation Documents. Fortunately, I was directed to contact Mr. Stanley Egobia, who is a member of the COMPENSATION AWARD COMMITTEE in Lome, the Republic of Togo.

I traveled to Lome, Togo and met Mr. Stanley Egobia as instructed and he apologized for the delay in getting my Compensation Payment. He however explained to me that anyone sending me emails as regards my Fund is FAKE. He took me to the Paying Bank for the Claim of my Compensation Payment. Right now, I am the most happiest man on earth because I have received my Compensation Fund of US$5,000,000.00 (Five Million United States Dollars Only).

Furthermore, Mr. Stanley Egobia showed me the full list of those that are yet to receive their payment and I saw your email address. That is why I decided to email you to disregard any contact from those criminals who had swindled me of my hard earned money. They are not with your funds. They are only making money out of you.

You really have to stop dealing with those people that are contacting you and telling you that your fund is with them. Your fund is not in any way with them. They are only taking advantage of you and they will dry you up until you have nothing.

The only money I paid after I met Mr. Stanley Egobia was $390 (Three Hundred and Ninety Dollars), covering all the paper works for the Release of my Fund. Take note of that.

Once again stop contacting those criminals, they are liars and will end up putting you into debt. Contact Mr. Stanley Egobia so he can help deliver your Funds to you even if you cannot travel to Lome, Togo at this time.
