I would have say that you should contact the Dhl service,  because i am just coming back from the Dhl delivery service to know if they can deliver it by today to you if you comply and they answer me yes. Again i want you to understand that the Dhl service requested that before they can deliver your Atm card to you is that you will pay for the delivery charges and Insurrance Coverage/ Yellow tag, and this fee will be the only fee that you will send to receive your Atm card. so try all you can to see that you do that today without any further delay again
