"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: CONFIDENTIAL!!!

My name is Zainab Hariri,I am the daughter of Late Rafik Bahaa Hariri, i am contacting you base on recommendation. someone who i can trust and share my secret with, I am a beautiful woman, therefore i am not writing you because of a relationship, I am only proposing to you to be my business partner and if everything goes well, we can then become very close and plan a profitable investment. i took my time before i could do this because of internet fraud, most people find it difficult to believe anything that comes through it and even myself. But still remains the fastest way of communication and data finding in the world, so i do not have a choice rather than trying my luck if i could see someone to believe me. I better stop here until i receive your positive response.
Zainab Hariri.
