"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Below is a website which I will appreciate you going through to read theinformation.<<http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/859479.stm>>

Since then, I have made several enquiries to locate any of his extended relatives but all effort has proved abortive. The reason why I am contacting you is based on trust to enable me present you as the next-of-kin to him so this US$24million dollars (twenty four Million US Dollars) will be released to you for safety and subsequent disbursement.

Nobody has come to our bank for claiming of the money. It will be easy to convince the bank since I am in possession of the necessary legalized documents that back-up the US$24million dollars (twenty four Million US Dollars) and which will present you as the rightful next-of-kin to the deceased customer. I don't want this US$24million dollars (twenty four Million US Dollars) t to go into government treasury as unclaimed bill.

The bank laws and guidelines stipulates that if such money remains unclaimed after 10 years, the bank will confiscate it.

The request for a foreigner as next-of-kin in this transaction is occasioned by the fact that late ANDREAS was a customer and any indigene cannot stand as next-of-kin of late ANDREAS

All I require is your honest co-operation to enable us see this transaction through. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law. I agree that 25% of this money will be for you as a respect to the provision of your assistance , 5% will be set aside for expenses incurred during the transaction, another 5% to help the less privilege and to assist the charity organizations here in europe and abroad while the rest 65% will before me.
