"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello Dear,

Please read this mail as this mail is very important to me…….

My name is Mrs. Abdul Zenab from Benghazi Libya (presently in Hospital in United Kingdom). I am a widow and childless. I am married to late Engr. Sahad Ahmed of blessed memory who worked with British Embassy in Libya for Sixteen years and retired as an oil merchant, He just died in the struggle for the freedom of people of Libya. My life is devastated right now as I’m struggling with cancer.

I have fought against cancer for 4 years, fibroid problems and hearing impairment as a result of drug reactions. Me and my husband has been married for Twelve years without children. He died after a shot from Gaddafi's snippers intentionally aimed at him. May God Help our dear country. Recently, my doctor told me that I would not last long because of my illness with cancer.

My husband and I have a deposit of $18.6 Million Dollars (Eighteen Million six hundred thousand United States Dollars) with a bank in England. Before my husband died, he told me to invest these funds into charity organization. In short I want to use it to improve humanity. I am taking this decision because I do not have a child who will inherit this money and I can not TRUST my relatives, because they were hostile to me, since I have been suffering from cancer. Also, I do not know what will become of my dear country Libya after I have the present situation.

Please note that once I receive reply from you and we agree, I shall inform our family lawyer to prepare a legal document that you will sign to make you my foreign partner and then include you name on the document as my next of kin, so that the funds will be wired directly to you as my next of kin. I want you to exclusively use this fund to help the less privileged and build orphanage home. Or you can donate the fund to orphanage homes if you cannot run the program.

Please I need you to assure me that you will act accordingly as I stated herein. Send your reply to: gcollins00000@rediff.com

The grace of God encouraged me to take this bold step. Pls reply me at my private e-mail: gcollins0000@rediff.com

God bless you.

Abdul Zenab A.
