they want to frustrate you so that you will abandon your funds for them to
divert into their personal account for there personal use.
Based on this we have stopped them from handling any foreign
ontractors/inheritance payments to avoid them not to tarnish the image of our
country and bank .so if you are in any way communicating or dealing with any
body or person(s) in regards to your payment, you are now advised to stop and
any money you send to any of them is at your own risk.
For the fact that your payment has been delayed for so long with us and you
have gone many ways to receive the payment by bank to bank transfer all to no
avail because of the stop order and demands of several certificates and
documentations. We have therefore concluded after our yesterday meeting with
the Presidency that all the ontractors/inheritance beneficiaries will be
receiving their overdue payment via Cash Diplomatic Payment Delivery Direct to
your door step where you will receive your payment.This is the only way you
will receive your payment without stress or more expenses.
All the necessary arrangements regarding the delivery of your payment has been
put to place only waiting to hear from you as soon as you receive this message
today.
As soon as we hear from you, we shall disclose to you the amount to be paid to
you and how the money is arranged for delivery and the name of the person in
charge of delivering the money to you.
After going through this mail, you are required to furnish us with the
following information below so to avoid impostors or paying to the wrong
person(s).
