"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

that was originated from Africa, Europe, Asia Plus Middle east,and
Americans.
Your name appeared among the beneficiaries who will receive a
part-payment of US$2.5Million first and this sum has been loaded into a bank
card (ATM card).
The payment via ATM card is an electronic fastest way of payment.
There won't be series of taxes and penalties to be paid with this procedure.
All that is required to deliver your Card to your address is the (i.c.i) which costs
court charges of $198 only.
As we mentioned on the email we sent to you
yesterday, your fund was repatriated back from Federal Reserve bank as unclaimed.
Your ATM card will be send to you and you can use the atm to make cash
withdrawal anywhere in the world or make transfer to your own local
account.
