"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

How are you doing, Hope you and your family are alright, I was Divinely touched to make a free donation of my fortune.

Please I am sorry that I contacted you by email but this is the only way I can reach to you because of my present health condition.

Meanwhile I have gone through your email over and over and I am talking of $3,500,000 US dollar in the bank inherited from my late husband Mr David Safar which i have meant for A good charitable work of God to less privilege (Orphans, patients, widows, disabled, war victims etc) among us through your contact. I sort your contact by the special grace of God and used this possible means to reach you because I can not talk on telephone regarding my illness. Please, hark to this humble letter from I Mrs. Stella Safar 53 years old, I am childless widow and a Christian fellow suffering from an esophageal cancer.

On this reason you will make arrangement to undertake 3/4 working days in order to meet with bank and make sure that the fund are transfer into your account for the charity project.

I hope my letter will find you in a suitable health situation. Don't forget always pray for me because all my hope to survive is in the hand of God the author and finisher of my life.
