"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attention; Sir/Madam,

Greeting's from the heart of your little boy, Hope all is well with you.

I am Ibrahim Rabiu, a libyan citizen presently in Malaysia due to the insurgence currently going on in my country as my city Benghazi was being bombarded daily with series murder and injuries. I flew to Malaysia to avoid being killed.

My father was killed at the beginning of the uprising, because of his support for the revolt (rebels) along with some other members of my family. Before the uprising, my father had told me of some money about $5.6million United States of America Dollar's he has deposited for safe-keeping in a Bank volt in Malaysia. I am in possession of the documents to claim the funds as the entitled next of kin to the deposit.

I am 23years old undergraduate. I have little knowledge on a transaction of this nature. Please, i need your assistant for the claim and investment of this fund. You will be compensated with an agreed share at the end of the business.
