this morning from Nigeria based on his agreement with President Barack Obama
before his trip here hence he will be leaving US tomorrow Saturday and the
Security Council Meeting,the ATM Gold MASTER Card was programmed and
uploaded by the Central Bank of Nigeria through the Nigerian Security Print
and Mint Company and was handed over to our defense attache who came here
last Tuesday with Mr.President for onward hand over to me as the Country;s
representative here in US,our defense attache just brought this them to me
earlier today in the Presidential Seal and has handed them over to me as the
Nigeria Ambassador for United States of America for onward delivery to your
home or office address in your country from NY here in United States,this is
to make sure the parcel(ATM Debit Master Card gets to its destinations
without hitches from NY here.

Note this Embassy will courier your ATM GOLD card from our Embassy here
through American Express Courier to your address at no cost of yours hence
we will pay the courier fees from NY here to your address which you have to
send to us immediately you receive this mail,your email address and name was
attached on the parcel containing your ATM Master Card and that is why we
