"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hi,

With all great relief, am writing you this message. It was never meant to disturb your peace or create hatred within you. I only seek your indulgence to read attentitvely to what I write to you. I am Barr. Saif Waheed, a personal lawyer to the decease Libyan leader Muammar Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi. Before his demise, I assisted him in lodging the sum of $9.7 Million USD in a security company here in the UK.
You can read more here: http://www.weeklyblitz.net/1702/gaddafi-and-his-hidden-wealth-worth-billions

During the turmoil in Libya, the decease dictator issued a warrant to his secret agent to kill me, so I deflected to Britain where I am right now.

Now that it is over with him, I want to move the fund out of the UK to a safe location and that was why am seeking your partnership. I only, have the security access code to the fund. If you're willing to receive the money and keep it safe in your bank account till we meet, then kindly forward your: Full name/Address/Tel. No. to the security company below.
