"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hi,

My name is Andy Carrick, the Customer Investment's Manager of UK's Largest Fund Management Company with over ?1.2 Trillion Capital Investment Fund.

As the Investment's Manager, I handle all our Investor's Direct Capital Funds. As a routine, every investor gets the percentage profit or dividend from the total cash he or she invested into the company annually. Last year it was announced that the profit margin was 20% after calculating carefully I found out that the profit margin was 21.2% that is an excess of 1.2% on each investor. I extracted 1.2% of the Excess Maximum Return Capital Profit (EMRCP) on each of the Investor's Marginal Capital Fund; as an expert, I made over Ten Million Great British Pounds from the Investor's EMRCP.

It is impossible for me to secure these funds in my personal account because of my status. In this consideration, I contacted you to seek your kind and sincere co-operation to stand in as an investor under my portfolio and claim this fund without any hitch. Or alternatively, secure the funds on a 0% interest rate loan which I will approve. Whichever option you prefer, I will guide you through and equally make available every proof of the fund ones your assurance is guaranteed.

I will offer you half of the total sum for your inconvenience; and will appreciate if you equally help me invest my own half in your business on a joint partnership venture.
Best Regards,

Mr. Andrew Carrick
