I want to draw to your attention an urgent situation due to the lost of my family in an auto crash.
I am a marketer and an America by Origin, presently i am in africa for work transfer.
i supposed to have come to states, but, the contract i want to take so i can resign from my present appointment has kept me back

here. Though i could not take the contract on my name because i am still a staff here.
I want a personaly friend whom can assist me act as a mandate in an oil deal i am securing here. the mandate is the intermidiate

between buyer and seller.
actually the deal can be done without a mandate, but, it is a sortage on the buyer side because the seller will present a mandate

that will take 1% mandate fee from his side and also buyer suppose to have a mandate.

I am the person paying for the crude to be shipped to the USA or your country for onward sales of the crude to end buyers in the

USA port. I want you to act as my mandate while we share the mandate fee 60% for me and 40% for you just for standing as the

mandate. you are not required to pay for the crude pruchase. i am the buyer whom will pay for the product. you duty is just to act

as the buyer and mandate and you take 1$ per barrel.

That is also why i wanted you to join me so we can enjoy africa together for fews days and also use your name to secure the

contract because i can not use my name. from there we fly back to the states to continue life and start life all over with the

contract fund .

If you can not come now, i can still secure the contract ''crude oil shipment to the usa'' . I will use your name because i can not

use my own as a staff of the company. I will link you up to my company claiming you want to buy the crude shipped to usa. i need to

get it done before comming to usa. i will pay for the crude oil my self and it will be shipped to usa, once the crude leaves the

shores here , then, i fly to meet you.

this will only take a couple of days to do.

all you need do if you can not come meet me here , is to send me your full name and address, so i include it in the application for

the buying of the crude oil now.
