"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Your attention please:

I am Rev. Fr. John Kennedy residing in South Africa. There was a confession made my a man who have someone in his family bearing the same name with you in 1999, which I am bound not to reveal by the fact that I am a priest.

This man in question confessed to me that his wife who was a banker and his only son lured him into duping a bank the sum of " three hundred and seventy five million United State dollar" in 1995 and it led to the liquidation of that bank.

He told me that they easily achieved this using the name of a multinational company outside the country with the influence of his wife who was a top bank officer then. Immediately the fund was confirmed in their fraudulent account outside that country, they withdrew all the money and close the account and set up another account where they deposited the fund to avoid being traced when investigation was carried before the liquidation of that bank.

The tragic thing that happened to the man two weeks before he died was that his wife and his only son died in a car accident alongside with two other friends in that car and were all burnt up in the man's present. They embarked on a tour when this fatal accident took place while the man was in another car watching them without any means of helping his family.

The man died of high blood pressure (hypertension)that came up as a result of the fatal accident. He died three days after his confession but before he died, he made a vow to use all the remaining part of the money to set up a foundation for motherless babies and helpless, thereby handing all the relevant document related of the remaining amount of money to me in front of his bank manager. This happened two days before he died but there was no any legal backup to claim the money after his death.

The man was buried five years later after series of searching to get any of his relation by me and the bank manager, which failed. Since then, the manager is disturbing me, devising all sort of plans on how to get this money for the benefit of two of us but I said no. I will never go against the vow of the dead man.

Now, the bank manager came up with a solid arrangement on how the remaining "three hundred and six million United State dollar" will be claimed without any cause for alarm by the use of any name either the same or similar to the name of the man in question or his family.

That was why I searched for your contact information hoping that you are still existing in this life. If you know that you can help, let me know so that I will be updating you with the step by step plans that will enable us get this money using your name as the survived person in his family because you are bearing the same name with one of his family members. It is absolutely free from risk or trouble to both parties. As a priest, I cannot do anything that will tarnish my image or yours.

You and the bank manager will share forty percent of the total money equal for job well done and sixty percent will be used to set up charity foundation to fulfill the vow of the dead man, which is my main reason for accepting this plan.

For us to achieve this plan successfully,we must keep this highly confidential or I quit.

Yours,
Rev. Fr. John Kennedy
